1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaked during transit
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is missing from your order

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products (hygiene and safety reasons), we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor variations in fragrance, color, or consistency (common in natural products)

3. How to Request a Return / Refund

To initiate a request, please contact us with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • A brief description

4. Resolution Options

Based on the issue, we may offer:

  • Replacement (preferred option)
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Store credit (in certain cases)

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • In case of damaged / incorrect products, we will bear the replacement shipping cost

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Important Note on Natural Products 🌱

Our products are made using naturally derived and eco-conscious ingredients.

Because of this:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur
  • These do not affect product performance and are not considered defects
