All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
You can use this link to track your order in real time.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated dynamically and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
The courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the shipment to us.
Re-dispatch may be subject to additional processing.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Photos or videos of the issue
We will review and resolve the issue at the earliest.
